Your building, protected

Your residents are your responsibility. Your building is ours.

Inspector kneeling to check an outlet and baseboard in a facility room

ViHaven provides compliance, inspection and maintenance coordination for licensed group homes, assisted living residences, and adult and child day centers, and inspection and maintenance oversight for single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes and condos.

From fire safety and hot-water checks to roof inspections, drill logs, documentation and survey preparation, we keep your facility ready every day, not just when a surveyor arrives. Our credentialed inspectors run the checks, track every deadline, coordinate licensed repairs, and keep the records that protect the license you worked so hard to build.

You care for the people. We care for the building.

What lands on your desk

Everything you stop thinking about.

You keep caring for the people you serve. Every one of these arrives without you chasing it.

A year of deadlines, handled

We run a compliance calendar for every building, so a renewal, a test or a drill is never the thing that slips.

A report at every inspection

What we inspected, what we found, and what we closed, in your hands each visit, not a mystery until survey day.

A signed confirmation to file

Proof each requirement was met, ready to drop straight into your own survey binder.

Repairs funded and on call

You approve in one text, we pay a licensed professional from your repair reserve, and it is fixed.

Survey-ready every single day

License, occupancy, drill logs and reports kept in order, never scrambled the night before.

Priority same-day response

When something breaks, a licensed vendor from our bench is lined up the same day, not whenever your usual handyman is free.

For homeowners and rental owners

Your home, watched over.

ViHaven brings the same vigilance we give licensed care facilities to single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes and condos across Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. We inspect the home, coordinate the repairs through licensed vendors, track the deadlines, and send you a report you can trust.

Routine home inspections

Scheduled walk-throughs of the whole home, inside and out, each documented with photos so its condition is always on record.

Maintenance and repair coordination

We line up licensed, insured vendors and oversee the work. You approve every job before it starts.

Vacant home checks

Regular visits to a home that sits empty: leaks, break-ins, pests, utilities and weather damage caught early.

Turnover and make-ready

Between occupants we coordinate cleaning, paint and repairs so the home is ready on time.

Seasonal upkeep

HVAC service, gutters, roof checks, winterizing and smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks, on a calendar we keep for you.

Rental license and inspection tracking

We track the rental licenses, registrations and inspections your home needs, such as DC's rental business license and county rental licenses in Maryland, and prepare the home for them.

Emergency response

A licensed professional lined up the same day when something breaks, paid from your own repair reserve with your approval.

Owner reports

A clear report after every visit and a running record of every repair, invoice and inspection.

ViHaven provides inspection, maintenance coordination and oversight for homeowners. We do not lease property, place tenants, collect rent or hold security deposits. Repairs are performed by licensed third-party contractors, and the owner keeps authority over the property.

Who we serve

Every program has its own surveyor.

Group homes, assisted living, adult day and child care each answer to different rules in each jurisdiction. Choose yours to see what inspectors flag most, who inspects you, and the plans built for it.

What ViHaven watches

Everything a surveyor sees, and everything they don't.

How it works

One visit, and you will know exactly where you stand.

1

Assess

A top-to-bottom baseline of the whole building: every system, third-party equipment, and a written condition report.

2

Inspect

A credentialed inspector on site at your plan's cadence, checking what your surveyor will check.

3

Document

A report each visit and a signed confirmation for your survey binder. Records kept in one place.

4

Coordinate

Findings go to licensed vendors. You approve, they repair, we verify the fix is closed.

5

Monitor

Renewals, third-party tests and drills tracked year-round, so nothing lapses between visits.
